The results are in for the end of year BFA show:
Block Party/Barbecue/Garden/Backyard Party.

We as in us as in we stopped at Panera for breakfast on our walk to class. One souffle and chocolatechip/pumpkin muffie a piece, we remained in the studio from 9am until 5:30pm. We raced each other to Trabant to print our projects (Jaclyn won) and we each grabbed a pack of Sushi (much to Danielle's disappointment of the performance of the raw salmon in her rolls).

Ann Lemon, our former Ad teacher, made a guest appearance in our class. She shared some wise words and entertaining stories with us. After class, she gave us an overview of what to be aware of financially after graduation within our field in terms of salaries, job titles, and creating a healthy balance of work and creative freedom.

"If you don't make time to replenish your creativity, you won't be able to sell it to anyone"

"The more hours you work, the more money you spend to reward yourself for your hard work"

Everything is able to be written off in taxes as an art director: art supplies, art classes, theater shows, art catalogue subscriptions, design programs, and anything that pertains to the enhancement of creativity.

"The more lines in your contract, the more loopholes between the lines" -Bill Oberlander
